Security Deposit: A small security deposit of $100 is added to the cost of booking the space and 1/2 the security is added to the reservation deposit and the balance applied to the balance due on the date of the event (security is used to guarantee return of the room at the conclusion of the event and guarantees nothing will be broken or stolen and the rules and regulations are followed). Security is not to be applied toward an extension.

We allow our clients to BRING IN THEIR OWN HOME-COOKED FOOD and this makes having an event much more personal, enjoyable and affordable. Why would anyone spend thousands of dollars to have their special event at a restaurant when they can bring in their own home-cooked food to Susan's House to share with their friends and family?

We specialize in events for up to 55 guests, including baby showers, bridal showers, birthdays, anniversaries and many religious celebrations.
All our events for minors require ADULT SUPERVISION.
- 6 banquet tables; seating accommodations for up to 55 guests which include two 6' benchs for children; 42 folding chairs, 6 banquet style chairs and a wicker loveseat (it's gorgeous) plus cake table, cupcake table and favor table
- a clean, safe, comfortable and cozy environment with mirrors, decorative lighting and fireplace
- Use of beverage "TIKI" bar, cooler, decanter, drink cart, all serving utensils, wares, bowls, center pieces, flower vases, baskets for candy or chips, balloon weights, 4 cupcake racks, cake displays, ice bucket, platters, knives, cake servers, cutting boards, etc.
- GORGEOUS baby shower wicker love seat with zebra print (comfortable cushion) can be customized for "Guest of Honor" and "Significant Other"

We give everyone 1 FREE hour to set up the room.

- $35 - Rental of beautiful gold, white or maroon fabric package. We will cover all the tables in gorgeous, professional fabric (adult events only).
- $20 - We will cover all the tables in plastic table cloths and provide and cut table runners and polka dots (up to 3 colors).
- $30 - Coffee and Tea - includes ground coffee, tea, cups, spoons, sweetener & cream.

Zumba parties are alot of fun, filled with exciting music and dancing for children of all ages.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, debit cards or cash at the time of the booking of your event. Sorry, we do not accept checks.
